Our original banner, now retired, was created by Dimple Anderson in 1991.  In 2009 it was redesigned by Yvonne Daume incorporating  Ms. Anderson’s symbols and elements.

The field is Presbyterian Blue from the traditional Scottish tartan of the ministry.  The badge containing the elements is white to represent the pureness of God’s grace.  It is in the shape of an egg representing birth and resurrection.  Across the base of the badge is the broken sword as God’s promiss of Peace Eternal.  The hilt of the sword is scroll shaped symbolizing Old Testament writings.  The crown of thorns and the cross remind us of the sacrafice and death of Jesus growing from the crown of throns and rising above the cross is the Rose of the Risen Christ.
