Crafts is a group of women who make items which will be sold in the November Bazaar. The group meets every Wednesday at 12:45 in September and October, and the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month from January to May. (We take a break in December!) The group meets upstairs in the crafts room. Come in the 19th Street or Office door and go up the elevator to the second floor. At Crafts Group meetings everyone works on her own project, or assists with projects others are doing. You might see someone knitting, doing a stitchery, painting on wood, gluing decorations to a wreath, or making jewelry. The variety of tasks is endless. The fellowship is always interesting and fun.
CAN MEN COME? Well, why not? What could happen? We wonder!
NOTE: THE CHRISTMAS BAZAAR is held the 2nd Saturday of November. It has a large craft section, home-baked goods, a cookie walk where cookies are sold by the pound, and plants. lunch at noon consists of soup, sandwich and homemade pie.
